Hi, I’m emily

I’m so glad you’re here! If you’re reading this, we already have something in common: an interest in holistic health and wellness and an appreciation for the healing arts. Here’s how my journey into the wellness space came to be.

Growing up a dancer and martial artist with an Ironman triathlete for a father and a potter for a mother, I’ve always been surrounded by two of my favorite things: movement and art. I quickly became fascinated by all things holistic health and wellness and started studying exercise and nutrition.

I attended Husson University where I studied exercise science and received my Bachelor of Science in 2021. During my time at Husson, my interest in energy and the healing arts led me to study Reiki energy healing and I became Reiki II certified. I then worked as a chiropractic assistant in Winthrop, Maine, where I discovered my interest in bodywork while providing physiotherapy modalities to patients for pain relief and healing. I loved seeing the smiles on patient’s faces when they got up from my physiotherapy table feeling so much better. It made my heart sing. I signed up for massage school and quickly realized I had found my calling.

I absolutely love helping my clients feel like their best selves through massage therapy and energy work, and I am fulfilled by the idea of making a positive difference in my community through the healing arts.

I am a student to life and I find that I am always happiest when I’m learning, growing, and bettering myself. This hunger to learn more led me to attend the Women’s School for Spiritual Warriors led by the amazing Jen Deraspe, where I recently graduated with a certification in Holistic Life Coaching. This school was life-changing for me in terms of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. I’ve learned many tools that I hope to share with others to help them live their happiest, healthiest, most joyful lives.

Knowing myself, I will continue to take classes, learn, grow, and expand my offerings within the holistic wellness space, and I can’t wait to continue sharing what I learn with you! Outside the office, I can usually be found weight-lifting in the gym, exploring nature, or curled up at home with a good book. You can follow along with my journey on Instagram here.

Here’s to feeling our best- mind, body, and soul.
