CANCELLATION POLICY
As a licensed massage therapist and holistic wellness practitioner, I recognize the value of my time and wish to serve as many clients as possible during my open hours. Please kindly review Haven Holistics’ cancellation policy to ensure that all guests receive the relaxing experience they deserve.
Cancelations/Rescheduling: A 48-hour notice must be given to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. This ensures that when an appointment is canceled or rescheduled, that time slot can be filled by another guest waiting to get in for an appointment.
Late cancelations: Appointments canceled within the 48-hour period will be charged for the full cost of the service.
No-shows: When a scheduled appointment is missed without notification, the full cost of the service will be charged.
How to cancel or reschedule: Please email emily@haven-holistics or send a message via instagram @emilyharwoodlmt at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT POLICY
At Haven Holistics, I am committed to providing top-quality services conducted with mutual respect and professionalism. It is my goal to create a safe and relaxing space for my clients and for myself.
Clients may end a service at any time if they feel uncomfortable in any way. Similarly, as the therapist, I also reserve the right to terminate a service at any time. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated at Haven Holistics, including but not limited to: inappropriate comments or gestures, unwanted physical contact, and/or written or verbal requests for sexual favors. Refunds will not be issued in the case of services terminated due to violation of this policy.
Haven Holistics reserves the right to deny future service to any individual who has violated the professional conduct polocy.
